What to Do if You Encounter an Error After Paying for Google Workspace
If you see an error message immediately after paying for a new Google Workspace subscription on Mercurie, do not assume the payment failed. Your card may already have been charged while provisioning is still stuck. Use the table below to match the message and next step.
| Error message | Possible reason | How to fix it |
|---|---|---|
| Unable to find the pending Google Workspace order to provision | Provisioning could not attach your payment to the Google Workspace order | Email support@mercurie.ng with your business name, domain, payment time, and amount. Support typically resolves this quickly (often within about 45 minutes during support hours). |
| Address field validation error | Billing address was incomplete or in an unexpected format at checkout | Correct the required address fields and retry only if Mercurie shows the order as unpaid. If you already paid, contact support instead of paying again. |
Before you contact support
- Check Transactions and Outstanding on the Mercurie dashboard for the payment status.
- Do not submit a second payment for the same domain until you know whether the first charge succeeded.
- Note the exact error text, domain, and approximate payment time.
Still stuck?
If none of the rows above match what you see, email support@mercurie.ng with:
- Business name and domain
- Approximate payment date and amount
- The exact error message (screenshot is helpful if it shows no card numbers or other personal data)
